Refund and Exchange Policy

Exchange

· Exchange will be submitted via the WhatsApp number at the bottom of the page.

· The customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days only from the date of receiving the product.

This service is currently available only within Saudi Arabia.

· Abayas that have been used cannot be exchanged.

· Changing in only the size. The model is not allowed, and only one exchange is permitted per order.

· Abayas offered at a discount cannot be exchanged.

· The Abaya must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any shortage or defect.

· herfit Platform will bear the exchange and shipping fees only if the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or a size mismatch from the ordered one.

Return

· Return will be submitted via the WhatsApp number at the bottom of the page.

· The customer has the right to return the product within 2 days only from the date of receiving the product.

This service is currently available only within Saudi Arabia.

· Products that have been used cannot be returned.

· Products offered at a discount cannot be returned.

· The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any shortage or defect.

· herfit Platform will bear the return and shipping fees only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a size mismatch from the ordered one.

Return and Exchange DO NOT apply if

· The return and Exchange period is over.

· If the Abaya has been worn.

· If the damage was caused by the customer's misuse or if the customer did not follow the proper wash and care instruction listed on the website page or the wash and care card received within the order.

· If the customer altered the Abaya in any way.

The refund amount will be processed within 15 days from the date of management approval and product inspection.

The Customer has the right to return or exchange once per order.
